Welcome to Tulipia!

Tulipia is a game sound design project based on the idea of using samples, SFX, and composed music to offer a new way to understand and comprehend a video game’s story.

“Tulipia” is a game about the opaque, yet clear; the known, yet not understood. The way the human mind works has baffled scientists and philosophers for centuries. But what if we were able to see our consciousness in a physical form?
Tulipia is set in a futuristic world where humans are able to interact with and even conquer their inner minds, in a neurological plane, named Tulipia.

In this story-based game, the player must complete puzzles and solve mysteries in the real life and in Tulipia, centering around the case of a missing small boy.

The music is comprised of 3 main themes: A Dance, a Suite, and a Chaconne. These three themes, named alphabetically, will be utilized in the full game as motifs appearing around major point of the game. Also included are 2 interludes, to be used as reoccurring tracks when you are in certain returnable stages in the game, one of them being the main theme for the lobby of Tulipia.
